Otoscopy: Outer ear and tympanic membrane (ear drum) inspection.
Tympanometry: A test which assesses middle ear function. It is a helpful tool to diagnose middle ear conditions such as middle ear effusion (glue ear).
Comprehensive Diagnostic Pure Tone Audiogram: Air and bone conduction tests will determine the degree and type of hearing loss.
Uncomfortable loudness level testing: Test for hypersensitivity to sound.
Speech Audiometry: Measures speech comprehension ability.
