Otoscopy: Outer ear and tympanic membrane (ear drum) inspection.
Tympanometry: A test which assesses middle ear function. It is a helpful tool to diagnose middle ear conditions such as middle ear effusion (glue ear).
Comprehensive Diagnostic Pure Tone Audiogram: Air and bone conduction tests will determine the degree and type of hearing loss.
Uncomfortable loudness level testing: Test for hypersensitivity to sound.
Speech Audiometry: Measures speech comprehension ability.
* All results will be explained in full and diagnostic reports and onward referral where appropriate to other health care professionals including the Cochlear Implant Team, ENT Consultants, Paediatricians, Psychologists and Speech & language Therapists
5 Stars seems like not enough. Maria was so kind to my elderly aunt. Most professional and patient.
